Some of our customers ask “how are you able to deliver a high design Kitchen Pass-Through window in 4 to 6 weeks, when others can’t get it done in 8 to 12 weeks or longer?” The answer in one word “Experience” and this goes well beyond standard sizes.
This is not Ed Page’s first rodeo, and in over 4 decades he has invented and perfected his digital manufacturing system. He combined the precision of computerized equipment with an exceptional group of talented people. This along with a digital supply chain and management system keeps the production of standard sizes shipping on time 95% of the time. Custom sizes are welcome and handled on a seperate production line so as not to bog down the system. Custom orders will cost around 10% more than the closest standard size and may add two weeks to production time. From the gas struts which provide smooth and easy operation to the single handle Cremone locking system (bolts into both side jams), nothing has been overlooked. This smart, high design window employs Ed’s 2Fold technology of using metal and Accoya wood to produce natural thermal breaks and industry leading insulation values while bringing the price point and delivery times down.
