Measure both the interior and exterior; here, the patio was 1” higher than the floor inside. For gas strut or motorized pass-through windows, add ¼” to each side (½” total width) and ¼” from the countertop up when sizing the rough opening.
What happens if you make a terrible mistake and the window just won’t fit? We will try to resell your window at a discount and credit you back against the cost of the new proper sized window.
All of our custom windows are shipped by freight with tailgate delivery. You’ll need to have people on hand to unload the window from the tailgate and move it to your desired location at the job site.
Deb will email your invoice; after payment she’ll provide shipping details for question contact

Great product and follow up service was stellar.Posted on Evan CarlsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We are delighted with our OpenUp window. It has transformed how we use our indoor and ourdoor spaces and really allows us to enjoy our kitchen in a way we couldn't previously. It's early days, but we're delighted with the quality of the product and the price was definitely more reasonable than some of the competition out there. If you're looking for a window that will allow you to bridge the gap between your kitchen and patio/deck, I would definitely recommend you look into OpenUp.Posted on Ron BernsteinTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
